NYL Elects Davidson

The New York Life Insurance Co. (New York) elected Sheila Kearney Davidson VP in charge of law and corporate administration. Davidson is responsible for the office of the general counsel, office of the secretary, office of governmental affairs, human resources, corporate communications, corporate services and employees' health.

Restrepo Joins MSA

Main Street America Group (Jacksonville, Fla.) appointed Robert P. Restrepo Jr. senior vice president, insurance operations. Restrepo will oversee the carrier's commercial lines, personal lines, claims, IT and staff marketing functions. He previously was president and CEO of Allmerica Property and Casualty, a subsidiary of Allmerica Financial Corp. (Worcester, Mass).

Harleysville VP

Henry J. Jacobs was named vice president of workers' compensation product line strategy and underwriting discipline at Harleysville Group (Harleysville, Pa.). Jacobs formerly served as SVP of XL Specialty Division corporate underwriting at XL Capital Insurance.

CIGNA Taps Wilson

CIGNA HealthCare (Bloomfield, Conn.) named Dennis Wilson president of its small business segment. Wilson, most recently president and CEO of Partners in Care Corp (Somerset, N.J.), will be responsible for sales, client management, distribution and service operations for CIGNA's clients with fewer than 200 employees.
