BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee Selects MetricStream for GRC

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST, Chattanooga) has selected the MetricStream platform for deploying an integrated software solution for a range of business processes including governance, compliance, quality management, risk management, and corrective actions. Palo Alto, Calif.-based MetricStream, Inc., is a provider of governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and quality management solutions. The solution will enable BCBST to meet obligations relating to various industry standards, government regulations and internal policies and procedures. The enterprise-wide program to automate and streamline critical GRC and quality management processes will facilitate information management, collaboration, communication and oversight necessary for meeting this commitment, according to MetricStream.
