What emerging technology do you find the most problematic?

Michael Fergang, Grange Insurance: "Cloud" is so overused already. The adoption is not as high as the vendors had hoped for. Plus, there are several different cloud definitions -- private, service, hardware. It is kind of crazy.

Which emerging technology do you think is the 'real deal'?

Fergang: Mobility, and by that I mean both smartphones and tablets. We see statistics now that smartphones and tablets are both outselling PCs today. It's just the way business is going to be transacted.
