iPipeline Launches e-Policy

Exton, Pa.-based iPipeline has introduced e-Policy, an electronic delivery solution for policy documents, the company announced last week.

The new solution enables carriers to reduce the traditional costs associated with printing and delivering policy documents to the end customer, while also accelerating the delivery process itself, potentially leading to more closed sales. "What our e-Policy solution really delivers is a significant placement ratio lift," iPipeline CEO Tim Wallace said in a press release.

In addition, the e-Policy solution features up-sell capabilities, such as a slide bar that lets customers determine the relative benefits of increasing coverage. Educational information is made available in the e-document as well, through embedded hyperlinks to We-based content.
