Top P&C Initiatives for 2005

Policy administration systems are a top priority this year for large and midsize P&C insurers, according to Celent's 2004 CIO/CTO survey. Companies are working on a range of initiatives, including consolidation, addition of new lines of business and replacement of legacy systems. Data mastery also is a top priority, as P&C carriers seek to gain advantages from better use of data, the survey reveals.
