Access Insurance, an Atlanta-based auto insurer, has selected Ultimate Software’s UltiPro Workplace platform to manage HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management, salary planning and time management.
Access made the switch after its previous platform was acquired. The company was looking for a serice that required minimal internal IT support, as well as robust analytics capabilities, according to David Hughes, vice president of human resources for Access Insurance.
“We knew we didn’t want a mainframe solution with a Web interface or a disparate application that was pieced together,” Hughes says in a statement. “We needed a truly unified solution that could deliver powerful ad-hoc reports… With UltiPro’s strategic business intelligence that allows me to slice-and-dice workforce information across HR specialties that have been siloed, my team will be able to plan and operate more strategically and cost effectively.”
