Cardiff (San Diego), a provider of XML-based enterprise business and process automation solutions, will integrate its LiquidOffice eForm Management System with Optika Inc.'s (Colorado Springs) Acorde, resulting in workflow-enabled HTML and Adobe PDF eForms.

AJASENT AND OPENDESK

Ajasent, Inc. (West Monroe, LA), an ASP serving carriers, agents and brokers, has formed a strategic partnership with Montreal-based Opendesk Corp., a company which facilitates private-label intranets.

INFINITE ACQUISITION

Infinite Solutions (Downington, PA) has acquired the WorldScan product from Alexandria, VA-based Radian Systems, Inc. (Alexandria, VA). The WorldScan product line is designed to control and optimize scanner throughput and image quality for the highest volume scanning sites, and is designed for Eastman Kodak Digital Science scanners.

TARIAN E-RECORDS

Tarian Software (Fairfax, VA) will provide its e-Records capability as an extension to IBM (Armonk, NY) Content Manager. Tarian's e-Records engine delivers an electronic record keeping solution for IBM's content manager.

ING AND ANZ PARTNER

ING (Amsterdam) signed a memorandum of understanding with Australian bank ANZ (Melbourne). The two companies will establish a joint venture in funds management and life insurance in Australia and New Zealand. The venture will be known as ING Australia Limited.
