INFOGLIDE/BRIDIUM DEAL

Infoglide Software Corp. (Austin, Texas) announced a reseller agreement with Bridium (Atlanta), a provider of services and software for the insurance industry. Bridium will offer Infoglide Software's workers' compensation fraud-detection application based on Infoglide's Bladeworks enterprise software, via Bridium's real-time Web-based hosted service.

FISERV buys UNISURE

Fiserv, Inc. (Brookfield, Wis.) has acquired the assets of Unisure, Inc. (Minneapolis), a provider of reinsurance software and related services. The acquisition is expected to add $5 million in annual processing and services revenues for Fiserv.

JACADA/ORACLE

Atlanta-based Jacada Ltd., a provider of legacy integration and Web-to-host solutions, has entered into a joint development and marketing agreement with Oracle Corp. (Redwood Shores, Calif.).

EPOLICY/CGI INTEGRATe

EPolicy Solutions (Torrance, Calif.) will integrate CGI's (Montreal) Ratabase product suite into RightRisk to further enhance its Web-enabled policy administration technology, according to ePolicy.

COMPLIANCE PARTNERS

The Practicing Law Institute (New York) and Corpedia Education (Phoenix), both compliance training companies, have joined to create enterprise-wide compliance e-learning solutions to help corporations respond to new corporate regulatory requirements, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
