HDM TEAMS WITH TAWPI

Healthcare transaction processor HDM (Omaha) partnered with The Association for Work Process Improvement to provide HIPAA training for association members. The HDM Discovering HIPAA Training Series is a Web-based learning program that informs employees about HIPAA regulations.

FNF ACQUIRES GEOTRAC

Fidelity National Financial (Jacksonville, Fla.) acquired Geotrac (Norwalk, Ohio), the nation's third largest provider of flood determination and life of loan monitoring services. Geotrac's digitized flood plain maps will allow FNF to increase automatic determinations and reduce manual exception processing.

FACETIME EXPANDS

FaceTime Communications (Foster City, Calif.), a provider of real-time communications management solutions, expanded its global reach through partnerships with Gresham Computing (Sydney), NEC Systems Technologies (Osaka, Japan) and Solomon Technologies (Taipei, Taiwan).
