PricewaterhouseCoopers and Austin-based PlanView, a provider of IT management solutions, have teamed to help clients automate IT process improvement and change management initiatives. The alliance will entail cross-training and joint marketing and sales.

Information management software provider Q.Know Technologies (Reston, Va.) and NSI Software, a developer of data replication technologies, have teamed to provide business continuity and disaster recovery systems and services to insurers and reinsurers.
