(ISO), and HNC Insurance Solutions (Irvine, CA) formed an alliance to provide insurers with a comprehensive workers' compensation and data-reporting solution. The alliance will enable ISO to expand the scope of its Workers Compensation Data Reporting Service.

FIDELITY NATIONAL/VISTAINFO JOIN

Title insurance and real estate-related products provider Fidelity National Financial (Irvine, CA) and VISTAinfo (San Diego, CA) have agreed to combine both companies' real estate information, technology products and assets into a jointly owned real estate services company.
