INSYSTEMS PARTNERS

Toronto-based InSystems has formed a marketing alliance with AscendantOne, Inc. (Nashua, NH). Through the alliance, the companies will co-sell and provide a more complete, integrated solution for their joint customers.

ISO/SEISINT SIGN PACT

Jersey City, NJ-based Insurance Services Office, Inc. (ISO), and Seisint, Inc. (Boca Raton, FL), have signed a licensing agreement to provide insurers' claims units access to a range of public records for searches on individuals and businesses as part of investigations. Also, ISO has acquired Insurance Information Exchange (iiX), a Texas motor vehicle data provider, from AMS Holding Group.

CSC/MAGNIFY ALLIANCE

Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC, Austin, TX) and Magnify (Chicago), a provider of advanced predictive analytic and decisioning software, have signed a strategic alliance. CSC will add the Predictive Targeting System, Magnify's insurance fraud detection technology, to its suite of P&C cost-containment products.

ESURANCE/HP DEAL

Esurance Inc. (San Francisco) will provide members of the HP Employees Federal Credit Union (Palo Alto, CA) with online access to personal automobile insurance.

XEROX/KOFAX PACT

San Francisco-based Kofax and Xerox Corp. (Stamford, CT) have developed a new solution that integrates the Xerox Document Centre multifunction systems with Kofax's Ascent Ricochet document capture software.
