ADHESION/IBM PARTNER

Adhesion Technologies (Charlotte, NC) and IBM (Armonk, NY) will jointly market Adhesion's EA Financial Consolidation Platform to financial services providers in the US and UK. The relationship will promote a solution that merges Adhesion's financial consolidation software with IBM's hardware, middleware and systems integration expertise.

DWL ENTERS JAPAN

Atlanta-based DWL, a provider of unified business services software, has established a strategic alliance with Nissay Information Technology Co. (Tokyo), a vendor of financial services solutions, to license its Unifi business services software to the Japanese financial services market.

INFOSYS/CONCOURS

Infosys (Bangalore, India) has announced an alliance with Concours Group (Kingwood, TX). The two organizations will pool their expertise and resources to help Global 1,000 companies define, design and implement large-scale change programs.

EYRETEL DEAL

Eyretel Inc. (Calverton, MD) signed a distribution agreement with LGS (Montreal) for its Interaction Management Solutions practice to sell, install, maintain and provide consulting services for Eyretel products.

FlexInternational Software, Inc. (Shelton, CT), announced that its Financial Management Services, Inc., division entered into a partnership with ECHO Professional Services, Inc., to expand its business process outsourcing business.
