OIT/DATACAP DEAL

Optical Image Technology, Inc. (State College, PA), a provider of electronic document management solutions, is partnering with Datacap, Inc. (San Diego), a developer of capture system assembly tools. As a result of the partnership, Datacap will offer OIT resellers and customers front-end data-capture solutions to complement OIT's DocFinity suite of products.

ACCESS/ONYX PARTNER

Access Data Corp. (Pittsburgh) announced its partnership with Onyx Software Corp. (Bellevue, WA). Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will integrate Access Data's SalesVision sales reporting product with Onyx Enterprise CRM to deliver sales reporting information through a CRM solution.
