Instant messaging solutions provider FaceTime (Foster City, CA) and global systems integrator Phoenix-based SJ Technologies have formed an alliance in conjunction with e-mail management solutions provider LEGATO (Mountain View, CA) to help financial services organizations and healthcare providers comply with SEC, NASD and HIPAA regulations.

AMACIS/DEC. FIRST DEAL

Boston-based Amacis, a provider of electronic communications management solutions, signed Atlanta-based Decision First Technologies Inc. as its partner. Decision First will sell all of the Amacis solutions, including its flagship e-service solution, Amacis Visability.

RewardsPlus (Hunt Valley, MD), a benefits automation service provider, entered into a joint-marketing agreement with Mosse & Mosse Associates (Lynnfield, MA).
