Allianz Brings In Exec to Manage IT Aspects of Customer Experience
Continuing a trend towards bolstering its customer experience bonafides, Minneapolis-based Allianz Life has named IT veteran Margaret Peck Senior Director of Change Implementation in its operations department.
Reporting to VP of customer experience management, Julie Feirtag, Peck will be responsible for strategic leadership and direction around change management to improve administration of the business, ensuring development and performance benchmarks are in place that are consistent with the strategic goals of the department.
"Peck has been recognized for her leadership in both developing teams and bringing divisions together to achieve results," Feirtag says in a statement. "I'm confident her leadership, collaboration skills and her business acumen will be a great addition to Operations at Allianz Life."
Feirtag, who last worked at Express Scripts, has insurance IT experience from a stint at Ameriprise Financial. There, she led insurance and annuity IT functions and client systems technologies, delivering results through significant mergers, infrastructure expansion, and business process reengineering. At Express Scripts, she led application development and business analysis activities. She has also served as an IT consultant.
