AMACIS: CUSTOMER INTERACTION

Amacis' (Belfast, Ireland) Visibility Suite, running on Sun Microsystems' Solaris operatingenvironment, uses text analysis to rapidly categorize inbound Web, e-mail, chat and mobile phone messages and forward the messages to the appropriate agent to handle inquiries in multiple languages. The application presents the agent with the inbound message and a pro-forma suggested response, as well as tools to populate responses with customer data.
