American Family Picks Ecteon for Contract Management

The vendor's Contraxx platform centralizes and standardizes contracts through their entire lifecycle, it says.

Madison, Wis.-based American Family Insurance has elected Brentwood, Tenn.-based Ecteon's Contraxx platform for contract management.

Contraxx will help American Family, which offers auto, home, life, annuities, health, business and farm insurance, optimize the lifetime value of business relationships by centralizing, standardizing and systemizing the entire contract lifecycle, from creation through expiration or renewal, according to a release.
