American Fidelity Picks Wolters Kluwer Compliance Software
American Fidelity Assurance Company, an Oklahoma City-based health carrier, has selected NILS INsource and NILS INcompass from Waltham, Mass.-based Wolters Kluwer to aid in its compliance efforts.
The offerings comprise a statutory and regulatory research and analysis platform and a workflow tool to help compliance workers monitor and implement ongoing regulatory changes.
“NILS INsource and NILS INcompass help our compliance department make regulatory research faster and more accurate while centralizing our regulatory change management processes and ensuring their adoption throughout the organization,” Christopher Kenney, VP at American Fidelity Assurance Company, says in a statement. “This gives us peace of mind that we have the most current, insurance-specific regulatory content and that the relevant regulatory changes are being implemented correctly.”
