American General Life and Accident Adopts iPipeline Illustration Suite
American General Life and Accident (AGLA, Nashville, Tenn.) has adopted iPipeline's (Exton, Pa.) illustration software for marketing and selling the carrier's life and annuity products. The system, branded internally as AGLA Passport, includes iPipeline's end-to-end Needs Analysis, Illustrations and Advanced Sales capabilities, according to an iPipeline news release.
"AGLA conducted an extensive evaluation of illustration vendors to identify the best of the best. Web-based access, as well as disconnected mobile use for our sales force, outstanding customer support, and a fully-integrated software suite topped our list as key business requirements," comments Terry Keiper, senior vice president, consumer solutions at AGLA. "We are excited about the launch of the AGLA Passport System powered by iPipeline. We expect this integrated solution to deliver immediate selling advantages to our career agents and help us significantly grow our independent sales channel via iPipeline's presence in distribution."
