Attensity Enables Tracking of Online Customer Exchanges

Attensity's new Market Voice program provides automataic analysis of online customer discussions in blogs and Web forums.

Palo Alto, Calif.- Attensity has launched Market Voice, a new solution enabling insurers to track, analyze and act on customer conversations in blogs, Web forums, product review comments, and other forms of online customer exchanges, according to a press release.

A part of Attensity's Voice of the Customer (VoC) application, Market Voice automatically "harvests" online customer feedback by feeding data directly into Attensity's Exhaustive Extraction engines for analysis of sentiment, identification of the root cause of issues, and early warning on emerging issues and opportunities. The solution also includes pre-built analysis reports and dashboards.
