Bolt Acquires Insurance Aggregator

BOLT Solutions, a provider of an online insurance distribution and service platform, has acquired Superior Access Insurance Services (SAIS), an insurance aggregator and wholesaler that has relationships with more than 50 insurers.

The acquisition gives BOLT access to a team of 2,100 agents and new products for its existing users.
