Education: Undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University. MBA, Management Information Systems, from Northern Illinois University.

Career History: Prior to joining Aetna in 2004, Connolly was managing director and president of global technology services at DiamondCluster International, an IT consulting group based in Chicago. Prior to joining DiamondCluster in 1995, he spent 10 years with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he was a consultant and associate partner.

Pastimes: Enjoys running, working out, fishing, reading and spending time with his two young children.
