CHERRY HILL, NJ-Harte-Hanks is now offering PerformanceLink, a Web-enabled software program that givescompanies the ability to assess call center performance in real time via the Internet. The software can also provide instant notification of "fatal flaws" or unacceptable quality level observations. PerformanceLink has been designed with a flexible format to allow a client's individual service-level agreement to be built into the monitoring process. The program applies to both in-house and outsourced call centers.
