“We selected BillingCenter based in large part on our previous experience with Guidewire,” Adrian Brown, CIO for Canal Insurance, says in a statement. “BillingCenter has all the functionality you could ever want in a billing system – it will quite simply transform the way our company and our general agents are able to do billing.”
The program will help Canal give general agents access to billing information, enhance its financial and stat reporting capabilities and protect customer privacy, according to a statement.
"We are excited to see that BillingCenter shares many of the characteristics we have enjoyed in ClaimCenter, such as the user interface and the technology platform,” Brown adds.
