Chordiant Software Inc. (Cupertino, CA) has released Chordiant Selling Director, an e-selling software that enables Web-based interactions targeted at millions of individual customers.

Richard Bell has joined Meridien Research (Newton, MA), a financial technology analyst firm. Bell, who previously was director of e-banking at TowerGroup, will cover primarily CRM topics in financial services and banking.
