Edify Corp. (Santa Clara, CA), an S1 company and enterprise-based CRM solutions provider, has released Edify 8.0. The new release is a comprehensive multi-channel platform including CRM applications and infrastructure components that automate and analyze customer interaction across all touch points, according to Edify.
Talisma Corp. (Seattle), a CRM solutions provider, will form an alliance with Fujitsu Consulting (Edison, NJ). Under the alliance, Fujitsu Consulting will provide end-to-end consulting, implementation and integration services to customers of Talisma's mulit-channel CRM solution.
Two companies in the e-business integration solutions arena, Jacada Ltd. (Atlanta) and SeeBeyond (Redwood Shores, CA), announced their first joint product offering, a scalable, high-performance real-time integration solution for legacy system connectivity. The robust, integrated solution will enable rapid connectivity to legacy applications via the SeeBeyond Business Integration Suite, the two vendors report. Supported systems include IBM mainframes, Unisys and Bull, as well as midrange systems such as the iSeries (formerly AS/400) and DEC VAX. The solution also can be applied to vertical-specific applications such as PBCS, Huon, SAP R/2, ICBS, ICMS, JD Edwards, Alltel, Target/400, Hogan and Amdocs.
Sun Microsystems (Santa Clara, CA) announced that PeopleSoft (Pleasanton, CA) has completed the internal implementation of PeopleSoft Customer Relationship Management Sales Software on Sun Fire 3800 and 4800 midframe servers.
