Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida (Jacksonville) has tapped (Orlando, FL) to launch a Web site allowing online self-enrollment in the company's Over-and-Under 65 health care plans. The implementation enables licensed agents to field customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, live, text-base chat, and to assist customers with the enrollment process.
