Toronto-based e-business solutions provider InSystems launched InSystems Group Service, an e-business portal enabling group insurance carriers to provide self-service capabilities to their plan sponsors, plan members and broker/TPAs. Canada Life (Toronto), the vendor's first client for the new offering, is using InSystems Group Service as its e-service portal to deliver booklets, contracts and self-service over the Internet.

Allstate Bank, a member of Allstate Financial Group (Northbrook, IL), has deployed components of Sanchez Computer Associates Inc.'s (Malvern, PA) e-Profile outsourced solution in support of the bank's technology and operations infrastructure. E-Profile provides Allstate Bank with an outsourced solution featuring real-time customer account and transaction processing. Sanchez' Profile, a real-time, integrated banking and brokerage transaction processing application, powers Allstate Bank's infrastructure. Allstate Bank is also using Profile for Windows, a native Windows client application for customer service and teller functions.

A new, enhanced partnership with Leesburg, VA-based AnnuityNet will enable the annuities operation of Lincoln Financial Group (Ft. Lincoln will use AnnuityNet's eCommerce platform to reengineer its electronic sales and servicing process for fixed and variable annuities, providing its distributors with end-to-end features such as needs analysis, illustrations, online application entry and post-sale servicing.
