John Hancock (Boston) has introduced eHansel+, a Web-based presentation system to help producers market and sell life insurance. The solution imports data from the company's online illustration and in-force management system. It enables the carrier to provide producers in all sales channels with a fully integrated proposal system that creates custom illustrations and supporting documentation.
Torrance, CA-based ePolicy Solutions entered a deal with Arch Capital Group to license to its affiliates RightRisk, ePolicy's Java-based, object-oriented architecture for rating, binding, quoting and issuing, in real time, at the producer, sub-producer and customer levels. ePolicy will also provide professional services and will host the site.
Amica Life Insurance (Lincoln, RI) has chosen Life Portraits Enterprise Solution by Fipsco, a unit of Fiserv (Brookfield, WI), to support its life insurance telemarketing programs.
