Insurance Technologies Releases New Application System
Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Insurance Technologies, a provider of point-of-sale management software, has lanched FireLight, a platform that provides straight-through-processing capabilities for annuity, life, disability income, long-term care, and critical illness insurance.
The system’s order entry benefits include reduced operational costs and processing time, built-in regulatory and compliance risk mitigation, management reporting for distributors and carriers, flexible routing capabilities with multiple clearing options, and unlimited access for all distribution channels, the company says.
"We developed FireLight to address the industries need for an intelligent, cost effective way of processing electronic applications," David Fenimore, EVP of engineering and CIO for Insurance Technologies, says in a statement. "Our solutions focus on providing technological advantages while also enhancing the user experience, making adoption as attractive and seamless as possible."
Insurance Technologies added the DataSight data management tool to its core ForeSight point-of sale product earlier this year. Thrivent and Sagacor Life have both implemented ForeSight this year as well.
