Lincoln Financial Distributors Names First CMO

Richard Aneser's charge is to help the company's distributors grow their business.

Philadelphia-based Lincoln Financial Distributors (LFD), the wholesale distribution subsidiary of Lincoln Financial Group, has named Richard Aneser its first chief marketing officer.

Aneser reports directly to LFD president and CEO Will Fuller and is charged with "driving business results through strategic marketing for Lincoln’s diversified portfolio of insurance and retirement products offered through financial advisors, institutions, insurance brokerages and consultants in the United States," according to a statement. He last served as Head of Advisory and Solutions Marketing and Wealth Management Americas for UBS, where his focus was on tailored marketing campaigns.

“Our goal now as a team is to take our understanding of a wide range of distribution firms and approaches, honed over years of experience, and find innovative and highly customized ways to help our partners grow their businesses through various market cycles," Aneser says in a statement.
