ProspX (Austin, Texas) has released SalesConnect 4.0, the latest version of its commercial insurance sales collaboration and automation platform, according to a press release. SalesConnect 4.0 features EmailConnect, a new tool that facilitates real-time connections between brokers and carriers and access to critical information and expertise to help streamline communication, boost sales productivity and increase revenue, ProspX says.
The EmailConnect solution enables users to collaborate on a sales opportunity via e-mail, without logging in to the ProspX system. Instead, EmailConnect will automatically log and track those conversations and the information exchanged within them.
"We're keenly aware that many of the subject matter experts in the commercial insurance industry rely almost exclusively on email and their mobile devices for communicating and conducting business," Puru Agrawal, executive vice president of products and CTO for ProspX, said in the press release. "They tend to resist the introduction of any new technology that might require further training and a separate application login.
