PruHealth Allows Brokers to Quote on iPad
London-based PruHealth, a division of Prudential providing private health insurance coverage in the UK, has launched an iPad app for its brokers.
The app gives advisers the opportunity to quote and apply on individual policies and quote for groups of 3-9 members. It accesses three plan options, for both business healthcare and personal healthcare quotes. The app also includes a hospital finder, product information on each module and details about the Vitality activity points program.
"Investment in new technology is fundamental to our strategy and, working with intermediaries, we will continue to develop new industry leading solutions to enhance the experience of our customers and intermediaries," Dave Priestly, sales director at PruHealth, says in a statement. "The launch of our iPad app is an exciting achievement and we look forward to working with intermediaries to develop this innovative new approach. Our sales support team and account managers all have iPads and are there to help intermediaries get the most from the app."
