SeaPass Extends Portal to Mobile
New York-based SeaPass announced at the ACORD/LOMA forum in Orlando this week a new mobile capability for its Insurance Portal 3.0 product.
The company clams that its new offering offering enables, agents and consumers to connect, communicate, and manage their business with carriers using the mobile web or applications. Internal underwriters and agents are also able to use the functionality on tablet computers.
Mobile capabilities facilitated by the platform include quoting, first notice of loss, billing, proof of insurance, and agent or repair shop search.
