Chartis Puts Risk Management Tools Online

New York-based Chartis, the P&C division of AIG, has launched a website for its employment practices liability customers featuring policies and manuals to help them avoid entanglements.

The site, EPL Pak Premier, was developed in partnership with Littler Mendelson, P.C., an employment and labor law firm. It includes a sample employee handbook and policies; a library of customizable HR forms; a hire and fire guide; employment law reference manuals, including state-specific information on layoffs, downsizing and furloughs, workplace violence, discrimination and employment class actions, and an unlawful harassment prevention guide
