Chubb Signs Five-Year Contract with Symbility to Upgrade Claims Management
The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies (Warren, N.J.) has signed a five-year contract with Toronto-based Symbility Solutions Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Automated Benefits Corp.) to deploy Symbility's platform, which consists of two components, Symbility.NET and mobile claims. Symbility.NET, a collaborative workflow management solution, will enhance Chubb's existing integration of its claims management system with field activities, manage workflow among all parties, and will provide custom reporting and comparative analysis. Chubb's outside field adjusters will use mobile claims, Symbility's wireless application, for estimating claims and managing adjuster workflow. "We look forward to building a strong partnership with Symbility," said William Turnbull, senior vice president and worldwide first party claim officer of Chubb & Son, in a statement."
