ClaimHub Releases Mobile Claims Management System
Overland Park, Kan. - ClaimHub has launched the Mobile ClaimHub Claims Management System, a locally installed version of its claim management application.
According to a press release, the new application will allow users in the field to access all of the existing functionality of ClaimHub's current Web-based application, while disconnected from the Internet. When an Internet connection is available, users can then sync up to the web-based system to download their daily workflow or to upload their finished work product package.
With Mobile ClaimHub, users can verify the completeness of their work-product while on-site with a locally installed rules engine. Also, Mobile ClaimHub users can attach photos and documents and send claims through the rules engine while on-site. Approval rules are updated every time the user is on-line.
