CNA to Build Western Service Center
CNA (Chicago) will open a new Western Service Center in Denver, with full functionality operational by the second quarter of 2011, according to a CNA press release. The new facility will complement the carrier's existing service centers in Maitland, Fla.; Chicago, Ill.; and Reading, Pa.; and will extend capabilities to the Western United States. The center will be provisionally located at CNA's Denver branch office until a current search for a permanent location has concluded.
Over the next year, the property/casualty carrier has planned a gradual implementation that will deliver a portion of its worldwide operations and Claim Express capabilities, according to the CNA release. Ultimately, the Western Service Center will feature claim handling, policy processing, a call center as well as billing and collections to offer CNA producers and customers greater overall operational effectiveness and improved business continuity, CNA says.
"The Western Service Center reflects our continuing effort to become a more customer-centric company and world class claim organization," comments George Fay, executive vice president of claims, CNA. "We are committed to providing a positive customer experience through consistent service and strong relationships with local agents, brokers and underwriters."
