ICICI ENHANCES REACH

Technology provider ICICI Infotech (Edison, N.J.) formed a partnership with The HR Consulting Group (Provo, Utah) to enhance ICICI's reach in the third-party administrators market and to develop new benefit and service offerings.

FISERV ACQUISITIONS

Fiserv (Brookfield, Wis.) acquired service provider Results International Systems (Worthington, Ohio) to add P&C outsourcing to its services. Fiserv also added pharmacy services provider Pharmacy Fulfillment (Huntingdon Valley, Pa.) to its health business.

HIGH-RISK SCREENING

Data management solutions provider Dataflux (Cary, N.C.) partnered with World-Check, a provider of data on potentially high-risk financial customers. Dataflux's matching engine, linked to World-Check's database, will allow Dataflux clients to screen customers against money laundering, compliance or reputational risk.

SUNGARD DEAL

SunGard Corbel (Jacksonville) partnered with Motivano (New York) to provide Motivano's SmartFlex debit card capabilities with SunGard's Relius Administration 125 Cafeteria system, allowing users to automatically transfer pretax flex and health reimbursement dollars from spending accounts to the provider.

HEALTHAXIS/MEDPLANS

Healthaxis (Irving, Texas), a claims and benefit administration software provider, teamed with claims adjudication outsourcing company MedPlans (Kansas City) to offer complimentary services to the health insurance payer market.
