Bankers Life & Casualty Selects Gryphon for Compliance Initiative
Chicago-based Bankers Life and Casualty Company has selected Norwood, Mass.-based Gryphon's Core Phone marketing privacy compliance system.
Core Phone monitors each outbound marketing call to ensure it complies with each campaign's business-specific; as well as federal, state, and industry-specific; Do-Not-Call laws and restrictions. It also allows users to capture specific details from customer calls through a keypad sequence entered before hanging up, which are then used in a web-based interface to monitor call effectiveness.
"Dispositioning the call helps measure what is working and what's not," Jeff Fotta, president of Gryphon, says in a statement. "The ability to add quality and performance measures to sales reports will provide managers with the information they need to recruit and retain the best talent."
