EDOCS DEAL

Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania (Wilkes-Barre, Pa.) signed edocs (Natick, Mass.), a provider of customer self-service and e-billing solutions, to power its member portal and provide members with online access to benefit information and transactions.

KCL PICKS PMCS

Missouri-based Kansas City Life Insurance chose Preferred Medical Claims Solutions to facilitate and streamline the processing of out-of-network claims through PMCS' Advance Funder Provider program, providing savings to KCL's Self-Funded Health Plan clients.

SALESLINK CONTRACT

Wachovia Insurance Agency (Charlotte, N.C.) awarded a three-year contract to marketing distribution provider SalesLink, a Charlestown, Mass.-based subsidiary of CMGI (Waltham, Mass.), for fulfillment, print-on-demand, digital output and compliance control services.

Health Plus (New York) selected BPM solutions provider Fuego's (Plano, Texas) FuegoBPM software suite. Fuego and partner Daou Systems (Exton, Pa.) automated the claims management process for Health Plus' Medicaid recipients and other members.
