NovaPro, Frasco Partner for Anti-Fraud Compliance

San Diego-based NovaPro Risk Solutions, a provider of third-party claims administration and field services, has partnered with Los Angeles-based Frasco Investigative Services as its national special investigative unit (SIU).

Frasco will ensure compliance with all SIU anti-fraud regulatory requirements, including DOI and District Attorney referrals for potential prosecution, filing of SIU annual and suspected fraud claim reports, ongoing claim file fraud indicator reviews, and SIU anti-fraud training.

"Our partnership with Frasco will provide our clients with the proper solution to potential fraud and abuse within a particular claim, as well as to ensure compliance as mandated and regulated by various State Department of Insurance offices," Russ Whitmarsh, COO for NovaPro Risk Solutions, says in a statement.
