New technologies such as IBM Master Data Management Server (MDM) and Information Server deliver efficient processes and analytics around customer centricity, says Oliver Koernig, IBM Software Group. Data is transported, transformed and cleansed into the data store and because data comes from many places within the organization, MDM and Information Server ensure the data source remains identifiable.
