HIGHMARK/CECITY DEAL

Pittsburgh-based Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield has partnered with CECity.com to provide online access for anyone with an Internet connection to HOPE, the Highmark Osteoporosis Prevention and Education Program. Previously, HOPE was only available to Highmark members who could attend an eight-week lecture course.
