Onyx Software Corp. (Foothill Ranch, CA), a global supplier of customer relationship management enterprise applications, will support the Microsoft (Redmond, WA) Pocket PC 2002 platform with its suite of mobile CRM solutions.

PeopleSoft Inc. (Pleasanton, CA) will release a new framework for financial services for the development of "pure Internet CRM" solutions for the automation and integration of business processes. PeopleSoft8 CRM for Financial Services, to be launched in December, will be the first in a series of industry-specific CRM solutions the company will offer.

Edify Corp. (Santa Clara, CA) has formed the Natural Language Solutions Group, which will gives customers access to speech application consultants, speech scientists and natural language experts.
