The US CRM services market is expected to total over $18 billion in 2006, a growth rate well above that of the overall US IT services market, IDC reports.

The suite includes Teradata Warehouse Miner 3.1 data mining software, reports Teradata. Teradata Warehouse 6.2 includes enhanced data mining enhancements, sequential analysis, and offers the capability to look at the relationships of two or more events over time.
