Great American Selects GDS Link Credit Report Service
Cincinnati-based Great American Insurance Group will use DataView360 from Dallas-based GDS Link to pull credit scores for underwriting purposes in its trucking division.
“The ability to review this information allows us to reduce the amount of uncollectible balances in this customer segment,” Tim Clinton, divisional vice president of the trucking division for GAIG, says in a statement. “GDS Link had a clear understanding of our business requirements, and was committed to working within our timeframe and budget to implement a customized platform that met our exact specifications.”
DataView360 aggregates multiple data sources to enable carriers to get real-time, blended credit grades. It also facilitates the creation and maintenance of attribute sets and custom scorecard models supporting rapid decisioning processes. It is available for in-house use through a license or as a hosted service by GDS Link.
