The kit provides a quick-start solution for managing transaction, validation and security requirements among healthcare payors, providers, clearinghouses and government agencies in time for the mandated October 2002 deadline, the vendor says. The kit leverages VCML markup language to extract the meaning of each document used in any EDI-based transaction and map it to an XML equivalent.
