Nautilus Selects Thunderhead for Customer Engagement

Nautilus Insurance Group selects a SaaS-based solution from Thunderhead.

Nautilus Insurance Group, a P&C insurer based in Scottsdale, Ariz., has selected Communicate, a SaaS solution for customer services from the ONE Engagement Cloud suite by, according to a release.

“We are only at the beginning of our relationship with,” says Brad Lontz, SVP and CIO at Nautilus Insurance Group, in a release. “The intuitiveness of their ONE Engagement Cloud means the solution can be rolled out to our team effectively, giving them the tools they need to better communicate with our customers.”

Nautilus will use Communicate to create and collaborate on policy documents in an effort to boost efficiency. The solution will be used across their external workforce via cloud.
